Historically, captives have been utilized to innovate and develop risk solutions that did not exist or were not affordable in the commercial insurance marketplace. This session illustrates the use of captives to solve business risk issues and manage exposure which would be considered non-traditional. The discussion will include examples and ideas on how to potentially model risk outcomes in an acceptable manner when historical data is not available. It will be a discussion-based session that encourages open conversation and questions.
