There are a lot of moving pieces in the operation of a captive or risk retention group (RRG) – program management, actuarial reserving, premium pricing, claims management, treasury. In the early years of operation, it’s typical to outsource many of these services. But what if you’re now in the position to consider bring some of these services in house – how do you make that decision? What metrics should you consider? Which services should you consider? Join us for this interactive discussion and gain perspective from two experienced RRG executives as they share the stories of the evolution of their RRG and how they transitioned services in house.
