Kim is a Senior Account Executive at the Captive & Insurance Management office based in Burlington, VT. Kim's role as a Senior Account Executive focuses on overseeing the day-to-day operations of the captive, ensuring financial reports and regulatory filings are accurate and timely, and being the primary contact for the client. Kim joined Aon in 2016. Kim has over 15 years of experience in various accounting roles. She has spent the past 7+ years working in captive management, serving a variety of clients in different business sectors. Prior to that, she worked in corporate accounting roles preparing monthly and annual financial statements, running year-end audits, and preparing budgets and forecasts. She also worked as a financial services sector auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago.

A director in DRM’s Business Law and Captive Insurance groups, Zaw Win has a diverse practice with a focus on advising captive insurance companies and risk retention groups on matters related to organization, licensing, governance and operations. He also helps advise clients on general corporate and commercial issues, including transactional matters, corporate governance, and restructurings. Prior to joining DRM, Zaw spent 6 years as an associate in the New York office of Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP.
