Bio:Amber Walsh has been with the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation – Captive Division since 2011 with involvement in all aspects of the analysis and examination processes. In her current role, she supports the Director of Captive Insurance in licensing, analysis, special projects and industry outreach. Amber’s career in captives began while earning her BS in Accounting from Champlain College. She worked as an auditor and captive manager prior to joining the Captive Division.
